1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy (No Refunds). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password confidential and not share account access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Credits and Payment

3.1 Credit System

The Platform operates on a credit-based model. One (1) credit is consumed per completed booking processed through the Platform.

3.2 Credit Purchases

Credits may be purchased in packages as displayed on the Platform. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.

3.3 Non-Refundable Credits

3.4 Credit Validity

Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform to facilitate illegal transactions or activities
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Travel Softdrive Private Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Transactions

The Platform facilitates transactions between customers, operators, and suppliers. We are not a party to any agreements between users. Disputes between users regarding bookings, services, payments, or other matters must be resolved directly between the parties involved. Travel Softdrive is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any user.

7. Account Termination

7.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, all unused credits are forfeited and no refunds will be provided.

7.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all unused credits are forfeited and no refunds will be provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVEL SOFTDRIVE PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travel Softdrive Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
